JACKIE, SURGICAL COORDINATOR

Just like the rest of the amazing team here at “Center for Periodontal and Implant Dentistry” Jackie is the lead dental assistant as well as surgical coordinator.What does this mean? She is the go to person for Dr. Smith and the entire team.

Beginning in 1989 she started her journey in dentistry gaining years of experience in specialties such as General Dentistry, Endodontics, and Orthodontics. Always wanting to build upon her knowledge she gained her radiology certification from Harcum College and took  dental assisting courses through Montgomery County Community college.

Searching for more excitement combined with a  natural style for nurturing people in times of crisis, (developed while serving hospice patients through “Nurses of Montgomery County”) Jackie found her niche.
 Since 2003 she jumped into periodontal and Implant surgery and never looked back.

Jackie is all things to our/your patients. She tends to their needs during surgery, then keeps track of all the important data that you as the referring dentist need to know.

 On any given day she visits with sales reps, orders supplies,fields phone calls from practices and patients all the while making sure that the surgical side of the practice has everything it needs to be ready and well informed about your patients.

Shall we say Jackie is a multifaceted individual and not easily duplicated.
